Epoxy Insulation Board ProcessingEpoxy board refers to Epoxy Glass Fiberboard. In molecular structure, active epoxy group makes it easier for epoxy board to make cross-linking reaction with various types of curing agent to form insoluble and non-fusible super-polymer in three way reticular structure.

Epoxy board: glass fiber cloth bonded with epoxy resin under heating pressure. In the middle temperature, it features high mechanical property, while in the high moisture, it has stable electrical behavior. Epoxy board applied to parts of high insulation used on machinery, electricity and electrical appliance, with high heat resistance and moisture resistance of high mechanical and dielectric property. Heat resistance degree is F (155ºC)
EMBOSS packing is machine designed for packing electronic products. It is also a device that intends to seal plastic film on CARRIER TAP in heat manner. The heating system is in the device where epoxy board is used to insulate heat to prevent heat from heated units on heating rod from being transmitted to other places. When epoxy being processed, tapping can not easily be made on the surface of epoxy board due to its fragile property. However, screw can go through a hole on the surface of the epoxy board which makes it preferable to be used as a backing board.

CNC milling machine is good at processing epoxy board and ensure that size tolerance and geometric tolerance be properly maintained. Efforts are made to ensure no harm being made on cutter in the process.
